Where to go next season????

The ago old question - where to go skiing!
Trying to book holidays for Christmas and March as Crystal has half price lift pass/ski bundles.
We narrowed Christmas down to La Tania /Grand Bois, Les Menuires / Les Coeur des Loges Apartments (MMV) and Courchevel 1650 - - Cime Blanches Apartments. La Tania is £400 cheaper, the other two apartments look nicer.
For 2nd week of March we are looking at La Tania /Grand Bois, Flaine / Panoramic and Auris en Oisans/ Les Balcon Auserans.
We are a family of 3 happy on reds and this little one (age 9) is starting to ski blacks. We've done Les Arcs / La Plagne for the last few seasons and fancied a change. Have stayed in Les Meniures and Courcheval over 20 years ago and been to Flaine 10 years ago but high winds meant we didn't ski much of the area. Also looked at Sestiere and La Thuile but think the ski areas will be too limited. Want to do the dolomites but think we need to want a year or two so the little one can ski hard all day with us (he can currently ski easy all day with us).
Any thoughts?
Very interested if anyone has been to Auris en Oisans - really like the idea of going to this ski area as we haven't been before.

Are you sticking with a Tour Operator package or are you prepared to DIY? If DIY then are you looking for catered accommodation or are you prepared to self cater (including eating in a little and eating out locally more often)?
Or if you are going twice, would you consider a TO package for one trip and DIY for the other?
Obviously DIY can be flights and transfers or can be self drive, especially if you have a break on the journey.
I do like France but why not try a different country for one of the trips?

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Looking at using Crystal as the above options are affordable with their current offer.
