@Japie, Thanks Japie, my other guess would have been Raggal. It's a few years since skiing in both of those, BUT as I understand it the "snowiest" claim is by Warth, averaging 13 metres per annum.

Well, the highest mountain in the state Springfield is in is the Murderhorn, but theres no ski infrastructure there, so wherever that is, it must be in the Springfield Mountains, but not Mt.Springfield itself...
