Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Solomon RXT 750 info required

Hi, I generally ski the piste, only because my buddies won't venture off the line. Having said that I do like to ski as fast as I can.
We are off to Tignes mid March, so in the hope that off piste conditions might be OK at that height I have bought myself a set of Solomon RXT 750.
Having skied regularly for the last 34 years (I am 71) I don't think I am going to have any trouble on piste but this year I am going to improve my shabby off-piste skills - with or without my buddies. I am 5' 8.5" and weigh 83Kg.
If any of used these skis, can you give me a bit of feedback? Have I made a wise choice?
Thanks

@Briggers, they are rather narrow by today's standards for off piste skis (and are marketed as a beginner-intermediate ski)...

Not really what I have would have shoed into your description of requirements ...

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

According to a review site I read, the RXT 750 skis are quite stable at moderate speeds and super turny.
