Webcams all look very snowy this morning including the one at the base of the Galzigbahn. What a difference a day makes.
Looks like a fair bit has come down at the base station.

I’m not there until 3rd Feb this season but for 18/19 season I’ve already got 9 weeks off work continuously agreed as a one off so I’m thinking maybe mid Jan to mid Mar in St Anton would do nicely.

Obergurgl has had its snowiest November, followed by sustained cold temperatures, in at least four years. Snow and sub zero maxma at all levels. Snow making is now in operation too.

Could be a good sign. Australia, certainly Falls Creek, has just come off perhaps the most epic season in my lifetime. Lifts that usually close early in September, ran until the the last day, 8 October. Must now be Europe’s turn; it’s been a while...

@Markymark29, ha, unfortunately not! Did ski tour some nice snow yesterday, but thought it best to give the snow a day to settle now the sun's out and temps are rising. Judging by social media it looks like I've missed out though
