Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I've got a set. I think they worked ok but they are annoyingly heavy so have been sitting in a drawer for the past few years.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I've used them for years, although take the "sausages" out of the plastic enclosure to make them easier to use (and lighter, to sugamoma's point). They work well, but do need drying on a radiator or in an oven after 3 or 4 uses.

I looked at something similar - think they was called or resembled a banana.
Bought a plug in one from decathlon instead - comes with a euro plug, so no need for plug adapter

I’ve got a set and love them. I use them for my zipfits which I am far too chicken to put in / on a heater boot dryer.

They work well even in small toebox boots and can be refreshed easily either on a radiator overnight or for an hour in a cool oven (take them out of the plastic cages first). The “extreme” version - the one they sell for ski boots fits in my 22.5s and is big enough for his 27.5s.

In the plastic cages they anre about 700g / pair so not feather weight but not exactly “heavy”.
