Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Which resort 7th - 11th March?

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi everyone

A friend and I have booked off 7th - 11th for a short ski trip.

I have still held out from booking with the recent snow/no snow!

Ideally I wanted Italy as find it more affordable but at the same time I want to ensure we have the best skiing possible.

Which resort would you be booking if you were in my shoes please?

Thank you

Les Arcs has endless blues and good snow. Also nice mix of forest runs if poor visibility

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

If you have the budget and can find accommodation, Arlberg. Its been snowing today, will be good for the next few days. Everything open, though a bit soft at the bottom. 3.5m depth at St Anton

Have never been - loved Dolomites (Selva) and Les Arcs. Where in Arlberg do you recommend (competent if lazy intermediate!) Thanks !

Flights aren't playing ball unfortunately. Easiest for us would be to fly into Geneva or Milan

Milan, head to the Aosta valley, there's been alot of snow... depending on what kind of skiing you're after you can pick a ski area and enjoy!

Yes, Milan. You might find it easier to find non-standard week accommodation in the Aosta valley. And far cheaper than the Arlberg. Car hire is cheap.
