Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Are zip fit liners a solution for skinny legs?

I have skinny ankles and calves and curious if a zipfit liner will improve my boots significantly or not. Or, if anyone has alternative liner recommendations for this issue. I have had these boots for a few years now, they are LV but there is still some movement.

Or, is it best to keep it simple and try a volume reducer and booster strap first?

@JRB747373, keep it simple and go to a competent recommended boot fitter.

Where do you live?

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Zipfits can be magic, but only in the hands of a good magician! Chances are that most people who sell zipfits know what they are doing. My advice would be to go to a good boot fitter, and follow their advice. I have Zipfits, and the boot fitter who sold them to me knew what he was doing and used the tool available to him very well.

I’ve got v skinny feet, ankles and legs to an extent. See a good boot fitter. A good narrow last with zip fits might be a solution, I run a set of atomic hawks with zippers and have always used zip fits. CEM of this parish dealt with me, and I used to be a boot fitter Eh oh!
