Peter Leuzzi, sorry, same as what easiski was saying. Just veering from one edge to the other rather than having all your weight down on both feet. Exercise I was shown as well, pick your inside foot up from off the deck, gives your thighs a rest on particularly long paths. Why I called it swing, is you are basically using the whole of the width of the path, anyone coming down faster behind can see where you're going if you keep the turns nice and shallow
